Handling
Handling time can range from 2 business days up to 10 business days because some items we have on hand while other items are made to order. Please refer to the specific product description for more details.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after the allotted handling time. During times of high volume, orders may shipping in 4-5 business days. Shipping costs are dependent on your location and are displayed on checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Being a small business just getting started, we cannot accept returns at this time. We encourage you to reach out via any of our social media platforms or by email at [email protected] with any questions or concerns you have prior to placing an order. We can however accept exchanges for apparel if a different size of the same item is needed. Our apparel exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. We do not guarantee the size you need will be available at time of exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. Please retain all original packaging and send us an email with photos to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping returns
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
